Client Name: Pokaiwhenua Catchment Group Trust

Project Overview: Pokaiwhenua catchment group engaged Element Environmental to gain a deeper understanding of the key biophysical drivers of their catchment. Element Environmental supported the group to develop a catchment action plan based on the state of the catchment, the drivers of change and the desired outcomes of the community.

Key Insights: Element Environmental developed a data and community driven approach to help understand the state of the catchment. This was a key step to inform priority actions and meet multiple outcomes identified by the Pokaiwhenua catchment group, support the wider strategic objectives from partner organisations and respond to regional and national drivers for improved environmental outcomes.
